Black Ownership Matters supports Black ownership of pest control companies and advancement in the industry by providing financial guidance, business resources, employee development, mentorship and community support.

In order to do this, we pull from our community of professionals to provide mentorship to business owners and industry employees so that they may grow and evolve in our often challenging, yet rewarding industry. With coaching and the support of an active and thriving community, we are ready and able to help our membership grow.
